NOV - 2020

In response to the current crisis situation that the national film industry is going through,  the organizing committee of Gabriel Figueroa Film Fund has decided to redirect its efforts to support filmmakers who are in the process of developing their first or second feature film.

This initiative responds to the need of supporting a generation of filmmakers who are in the process of starting and / or consolidating their careers. It is essential to count with new voices in our industry which can portray and expose the social and artistic issues that we are going through with the corresponding aesthetic consistency. This is why we have decided to join efforts to ensure that emerging filmmakers can concretize their proposals.
